PelvicMax — Support
Last updated: 12 August 2026
PelvicMax teaches you to contract your pelvic floor correctly, then trains it on a
paced twelve-week programme — four minutes a day. Everything stays on your iPhone.
Wellness, not medical advice. PelvicMax is an exercise app. It trains a
muscle group; it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice for any condition,
and it makes no claims about treating one. If you have questions about your health,
please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
How it works
- Learn the movement first. A short guided walkthrough shows you where
the pelvic floor is, what lifting it feels like, and — just as usefully — three
movements that feel like it and are not it. Most men who get no result from these
exercises are contracting the wrong thing.
- Measure your baseline. A two-part strength test records how long you
can hold a contraction and how many controlled releases you manage in thirty seconds.
That first result is kept as your baseline so later tests have something to compare
against.
- Train, four minutes a day. Each day's session is a short paced
sequence of holds and releases. Follow the light, keep breathing. Your position in
the twelve weeks comes from the sessions you have actually completed — miss a day and
the programme waits for you rather than resetting or scolding you.
- Watch it move. The Progress screen charts your hold times over the
weeks, shows how consistently you have trained, and lets you keep a short weekly note.
Purchase & unlocking
- What does it cost?
- US$19.99 per year — one auto-renewing subscription, one price, no
upsells and no other product. Your subscription renews annually unless you cancel it
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it
any time in your Apple ID settings.
- Is there a free trial?
- No, deliberately. The walkthrough and the strength test are free and come before the
paywall, so you can find out whether you can do the movement — and get a real
measurement of where you are starting — before you decide to pay anything.
- What does the subscription unlock?
- The full twelve-week programme and everything after it.
- I subscribed on another device, or reinstalled, and it's locked.
- Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied
to your Apple ID and restores at no extra charge.
- How do I cancel?
- On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PelvicMax → Cancel
Subscription. Cancelling is handled by Apple, not by us. Refund requests also go
to Apple, via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Reminders
- How do I change or turn off my daily reminder?
- Open Settings inside the app and adjust the reminder times, or switch them off
entirely.
- My reminders aren't arriving.
- iOS has to be allowed to deliver them: open the iPhone Settings app →
PelvicMax → Notifications and turn notifications on. Reminders are
scheduled by your own device, so they work with no internet connection.
Your data & privacy
PelvicMax stores your sessions, your strength-test results and your settings on your
device only. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics or tracking software of
any kind — nothing you record is ever sent to us or to anyone else. Full details are in the
Privacy Policy.
- How do I get a copy of my data?
- Settings → Export my data. It writes your record to a file you can
share or save wherever you like.
- How do I erase everything?
- Settings → Delete all my data. It clears your entire local record
immediately, and it cannot be undone. Deleting the app removes the data too.
- Does it sync between my devices?
- No. There is no account and no sync, which is the same design decision that keeps your
training off any server. Your record lives on the iPhone you trained on.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes. Apart from the App Store purchase itself, PelvicMax needs no internet connection.
Common questions
- Am I doing it right?
- Start with the walkthrough, and use the form check in the app. The lift goes up and in,
never down and out; the buttocks, thighs and stomach should stay still, and you should
not hold your breath.
- How soon should I expect a change?
- This is muscle training and it behaves like muscle training: consistency over weeks,
not days. The app charts your own hold times so you can see your own trend rather than
a promise from us. We do not claim any medical outcome.
- I missed several days. Have I lost my progress?
- No. Your position in the programme is set by the sessions you have completed, so it
waits where you left it. Your history is never deleted except by your own explicit
"Delete all my data".
