PelvicMax — Privacy Policy

PelvicMax is a pelvic floor training app for men. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: nothing you enter into PelvicMax ever leaves your device.

What the app stores, and where

PelvicMax does keep a record of your training, and it keeps that record locally on your iPhone only, in the app's own private storage. It consists of:

• your completed training sessions;
• your strength-test results, including the first one, kept as your baseline;
• your form checks and any weekly notes you write;
• your settings, including your daily reminder times.

This distinction is deliberate, and we would rather state it precisely than flatter ourselves: we do not claim to store nothing — an app that remembers your twelve weeks has to remember them. We claim that what it remembers stays on your phone. If you delete the app, that record is deleted with it.

What we collect

Nothing. Specifically, PelvicMax does not:

• require or offer any account, email address, or sign-in;
• contain any analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK;
• ask for permission to track you across apps or websites (there is no App Tracking Transparency prompt, because there is nothing to track);
• access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or Apple Health data;
• send your training record, or any personal data, to us, to any server, or to any third-party service — including any third-party AI service.

Our App Store privacy answer is therefore Data Not Collected, and the app ships a privacy manifest saying the same thing: no tracking, no tracking domains, no collected data types.

Network use

The app itself makes no network requests. The only network traffic PelvicMax causes is Apple's own: the App Store handling your purchase or restore. Apple's push notification service is not involved either, because reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Everything else in PelvicMax works entirely offline.

Purchases

PelvicMax offers a single subscription — US$19.99 per year — which unlocks the full twelve-week programme. There is one product and no other purchase, and there is no free trial. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store: we never see or store your payment details, and Apple sends us no personal information about you. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Reminders

If you turn on daily reminders, they are scheduled and delivered by your own device as iOS local notifications. There are no push notifications, no notification server, and no device token — nothing about your reminders reaches us.

Exporting and deleting your data

Settings contains Export my data, which writes your record to a file on your device that you can then share wherever you choose. The file is created locally; we are not involved in and cannot see where it goes.

Settings also contains Delete all my data, which erases your entire local record from the device. It is immediate and it is not recoverable.

Support

Contacting support opens your own mail app with a message you write and send yourself. PelvicMax has no in-app support form and attaches no diagnostic payload — if you email us, we see only what you chose to type.

Children

PelvicMax is intended for adults training their own pelvic floor and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
